Happy birthday, Jessica and Meghan!

Two of our EtsyRain members are celebrating their birthdays today: Jessica of MetalSmitten, and Meghan of Baubles By Hand and It's Made at Home.

MetalSmitten features Jessica's silversmithed jewelry and new enamel pendants, like the one pictured to the right. Meghan divides her attention between her jewelry shop, Baubles By Hand, and her homemade playdough at It's Made at Home. In addition, Meghan is a part of the EtsyRain leadership team, and is responsible for the gorgeous graphics and logos that the team uses here on the blog, on Etsy, and for our local shows. More belated birthdays!

Once again, I've gotten a bit behind on the birthday wishes, so we have two EtsyRain members to wish belated birthdays today!

The first is Lissa of Cascadia Art, who celebrated her birthday on January 4th. Lissa makes jewelry inspired by nature, and also does graphic design work. If you're looking for a banner or other graphic items for your Etsy shop, check out Lissa's work!

Our other recent EtsyRain birthday was Brenda of Brenda's Beads and More. Brenda celebrated her birthday on January 11th. Brenda is also a jewelry maker, with a variety of earrings and other items in her shop.

Belated birthdays and happy new year!

Since I was traveling over the holidays, I missed a handful of EtsyRain birthdays!

December 28th was the birthday of two of our members, Colleen of BCharmer and David of Nastrovia Handmade Gifts. Colleen's shop features a variety of sewn goods, while David's shop (which he shares with his wife) contains woodworking and jewelry.

December 30th was the birthday of Christy of Columbia Lily Designs. Christy's shop features fabric creations, like purses, fabric covered magnets, and more.

And, of course, we have now passed into a new year. May 2009 be the best year yet for all of our readers and all of our EtsyRain sellers! :)
