Haute Goat

Call it cashcycling! Heidi Kappes Belinsky takes cast off cashmere and turns it into something cashtastic! She was inspired to take her business online four years ago when she read an article in the Seattle Times about etsy (sound familiar?) Now, her Haute Goat creations have moved to the next level and beyond. Her most popular item is a basic colorblock scarf. “Why?” she asks, “Because it goes with everything!”  And by the way, her superpower is Macgyverability! Heidi, her colorblock scarves and all her cashtastic creations will be available at next month’s Handmade Holiday Show at the Intiman. If you want a sneak peak, her etsy shop is www.etsy.hautegoat.com.

Get ready for a chilly winter with a little cashmere! AND, you can buy gifts for everyone else too - who wouldn't want cashmere to wear during a blizzard?

I bought a Haute Goat Cashmere scarf last year and wear it all the time! I love it - so soft. Mine has a few shades of gray and I wear it to lighten up my boring black wardrobe.
